[feature request] get bigger thumbnails

Thanks for developing. I have been trying lots of iptv clients and open-tv looks best for me about functionally.

I am having issues about thumbnails. Aren't they so small ? To be honest, there won't be difference if you completely disable them. I don't like pasting screenshot of another programs but thumb size should better increased x10 at least IMO. Note that already implemented "UI zoom" feature is not related to or solving this issue.

Please provide those along detailed system information. You may easily provide the system info using fastfetch on both Linux and Windows. I will be glad to see what I can do to support your OS/resolution/dpi.

Would probably require a re-design of the channels tile, if someone can submit some UI designs I'd be more than glad to look at it.

If I can have a decent mockup proposed I'd like to redesign the channels tile to accomodate more info, like source etc

Hello, First, thank you to the development team for creating a stable and functional IPTV app — I really appreciate your work.

However, I agree with omeringen: the thumbnails are so small that they might as well be disabled. Scaling the interface doesn't help increase their size.

I'm not a developer, so I can't contribute code, but I have some suggestions:

Instead of redesigning the entire interface, please consider adding a separate setting to adjust thumbnail size independently from the overall interface scaling.

Also, it might be helpful to switch from the current multi-column layout to a single-column list view, with one thumbnail and title per row. Some IPTV providers include season and episode numbers at the end of titles, but these get cut off due to the short text fields in the current user interface design. A list view could help solve this.

Typical use case is people using Open TV on a Large TV (1080p Resolution) while sitting a few meters away. The thumbnails and Titles need to be more clear for viewing at a 2-5 meters away.
