MPV process does not close correctly

If i switch to another channel, the first one is still ongoing (using mpv from the system)... so there are simultaneously running 2 streams and one needs to be manually killed

It is by design. Some people have requested being able to do this so they can play 2 streams at once.

ok, but i bet it is minority of people watching it like that 😀. Anyway one simple option could be to add the option into setting for killing current process and then opening the new one...

Yes, this is also the solution I've been thinking of implementing
