feat: add FzfLua support for quick revision checking
Hey, I let AI implement it in this fork: https://github.com/Dima-369/tardis.nvim
It is bound to <C-c> by default and looks like this:
Sorry, but I'll not be merging anything that includes ads in the commit messages.
For real though, I don't want a large bunch of changes that I haven't written myself, and that's purely because I know the code that's in this repo very well, and I don't know what new features - and bugs - your ai has generated that I now have to maintain and fix for other users of the plugin.
Sorry, but I'll not be merging anything that includes ads in the commit messages.
😄 you are the first to notice. I am mostly using git commits as checkpoints when I let AI do like 99% of the code, and I have an AI git committer where I don't really care for the commit message.
I totally understand, and I honestly would not merge such things in my own code-bases as well; that's why I did not include any action to merge. I just threw that out with the screenshot to give an implementation idea, you can still go ahead, skim the code, create an own PR without giving me any credit, I don't mind.
I also used git-timemachine extensively in Emacs and in such workflows quickly checking old file states is important which is why I really like your plugin, thanks!
@Dima-369 thanks for the interest and the kind words. I don't mind you having a fork of the repo where you let your agents go wild with implementing things, that's cool and totally up to you.
But you said it yourself, you wouldn't merge anything like this, so why would I consider looking at the code your agents wrote when I could just go and get my own $20/month subscription to cursor/windsurf/whatever-the-newest-thing-is and get a similar result that I at least have had the opportunity to influence and follow?
This plugin is something I maintain for fun, and I don't find this fun, sorry.
