More refresh intervals

I just wanted it to display a notification once a month with all new feeds. It currently allows to do so only in 5minutes-24hours interval. I am wasting too much time checking news. This way I would get them once a month, automatically, and then having so much news. I would more willingly ignore a lot of unimportant ones, and see the bigger picture, slowing down hype news etc. Storing them like that also improves access as no network is required.
