Special characters not rendering

On titles in the feeds, special characters render as plain text codes instead of as the character (such as &#chars; instead of the symbol).

Also, the old v1 was supporting line breaks in entries titles. But not the v2 unfortunately.

They are shown as a question mark for me. May be it has to do with the OS or webview implementation?

That is a v1 screenshot. From what I know the v2 should display it in a better way, could you confirm that?

I guess I didn't realize there was a v2.x available - GPlay/Fdroid didn't offer updates. I'll try to uninstall & manually reinstall the v2 line
