Getting an Auto Tools action error notification during setup.

Just want to start by saying that this is fantastic and I love the watch designs, but as I'm setting it up, I am getting a notification from Auto Tools saying the following:

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: failed to connect to localhost/127.0.0.1 (port 17580) from /127.0.0.1 (port 52188) after 57000ms

Not sure how to proceed, I believe followed the instructions correctly but I don't know what I should do.
