反馈个KCP的BUG

测试KCP链接不通，V2rayn提示The remote server returned an error: (503) Service Unavailable.。面板无错误提示。xray 状态 running。

同样的参数和设置（也测试过仅安装别的面板保留原配置）换了面板可以用。
