Yes, that is correct. Once this is implemented, we should be able to get both themes as a “pair” and iTerm2 will do the switching automatically.
I understand that this feature is highly requested, but please provide a switch to opt-out once it is implemented. Hard-coded background color doesn’t work for my setup.
This is also the case when an empty file is removed from the repository. I think a better message would be “empty file added” or “empty file removed”.

@arrmo I don’t think we have any notification for extension update. Best way so far is to check version daily after this issue is closed.
