This is extremely useful for eth-rs485 converters, gives like 20x performance improvement over socat, also less one tool in the setup.

Also, I've added a tool which polls the battery stack and saves essential information (cell votages and disbalance) into mongodb.

Additionally, I've migrated the project to uv and nixified it.
