NeuroNER for dependecy parser

Hi Franck.

I'm using NeuroNER for drug recognition, but wonder if it is possible to use it to identify drug interaction (dependcy parser). If it's possible can you tell me please how do it. Really appreciate your help and time.

By the way in my training set i got some negative annotations but i dont know how i have to place the annotations in the BRAT format. For example without or not.

Hope you can help me with this two problems.
