Major Bug or my mistake ? - when a person leaves it doesn't know who invited them

I tried inviting a person and it counts the invite perfectly but when the same person leaves it is unable to identify who invited him, am I doing anything wrong or this is a bot bug , thanks for the previous self invite fix and thanks for this also in advance
