Colors and cue type icons in list layout

Followup to #31

It would be nice to have the background color of a cue indicate if it is a media, action, etc. cue.

In Cart Layout you can set the cue's background color, but not in List Layout. A 20px wide block on the left of each cue, displaying the cue's selected color would be great.

yup, this may need it's own discussion (e.g. better only a block or all the row colored? text color? etc..)

Being able to visually know the type of cue would be nice.

A default color for media, collection, etc. cue would be good so it doesn't have to be set every time a cue is added would be nice.

The ability to override the default would be good for visual organization.

For the cue type, probably an icon can be easier for identify the type especially for new users, and allow to have both a way to identify the cue type and a color for visual organization.
