Recurring download issue with some sounds

I had a problem with 2 sound files not downloading properly. They'd download every time I connected to the server and it only happened to these 2. Eventually I found out why; FastDL & precaching is case-sensitive and it turns out that both of the files don't match their names compared to the .sp.

To fix the problem: Change the sound names from: hip_hop_good_vibes_mix_01_loop.wav -> Hip_Hop_Good_Vibes_Mix_01_Loop.wav emote_zippy_a.wav -> emote_zippy_A.wav
