hx20: CHARGE_LIMIT_CONTROL min_percentage is unused

Filing this as a feature request!

It looks like you planned on having a configurable min percentage for the charge limit, presumably to allow the battery to fall to a certain percentage before resuming charging.

+1 for this feature.

Using tlp with configured charge control make the battery charge / discharge cycle without waiting to be back to the start threshold.

/sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/charge_control_start_threshold = 75%
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/charge_control_end_threshold   = 80%
