Antimatter containment tanks drawing twice the amount of power.

According to the megajoules energy display, antimatter tanks are drawing twice the amount of energy. It's drawing its energy directly in megajoules, AND from the DC Electrical System too. Example: 2014-05-12_00001

Also, it appears its drawing power when those tanks are empty? Isn't it supposed to not draw power when the tanks are empty?
