UraniumNitride Tank has UF4 art

Not a big deal, but this tank has the letters for UF4 on it. The resource inside the tank is correct though.

It's a part config typo. The model path should be:

model = WarpPlugin/Parts/FuelTank/RVUranium2/model

I have corrected the error for my next pull request.
