Fix loglib and openctf url

Hello,

loglib author seems changed their GitHub username and now it's hosted on GabrielOnDelphi/ account.

OpenCTF sourceforce page is now gone, and they moved the project to GitHub, which now points to the correct page. However, I still kept webarchive snapshot, maybe if anyone needs that.
