A converter from fpc to PascalABC.NET

Hey! Not sure if this will be accepted here, but still. I recently started working on a utility to convert fpc files to work with PascalABC.NET, as it requires a lot of manual patching to get any fpc library at all to work. Hoping that after some features are added, a lot of the entries here will be available for use with PABC too!
