Either JCL or JVCL (if you don't know these: https://github.com/project-jedi/jvcl and https://github.com/project-jedi/jcl do contain a Pascal script engine as well.

Can you point me to the unit? I can't find any scripting in these repos. Too much files there

It looks like the interpreter is not in JCL but JVCL rather and there is a component JvInterpreterProgram.
