TAR of BED files -- turns out to be a non methylation array, but should give warning to user in this case

useful for the "pull and process only controls" in dataset option -- should have 280 controls: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE163970
