Sbctl is not migrating

I have been trying to get secure boot to work in Omarchy, however when I am trying to sign, I am receiving "old configuration detected. Please use 'sbctl setup --migrate'". However, when I do the command it says it has already been migrated and keeps giving me the error. How can I fix this?

You need to explain how you initially setup sbctl.
