Cannot get sandwich off sandwich table

Description The Sandwich table does not work: After the sandwich is created (easy example, bread, apple, Bread) shift right-clicking with an empty hand does not pop the sandwich off the table. The players hand just keeps flapping like it is trying to activate something, but nothing happens.

How To Reproduce Bewitchment Origins-1.0.zip

The mod by itself works- but when paired with the mods in the pack linked above, it doesn't. I have tried systematically removing and disabling mod's to sus out the behavior- but have had no luck

Expected Behavior The sandwich disengages from the table

I'm having the exact same issue. What version are you using? I'm 1.16.5

Edit: you can get the sandwich by putting it on a sandwich table in a minecart then have it go over an activator rail. But it's really annoying to do that so still the same issue.
