Not compatible with Fresh Animations - Extensions
When Fresh Animations - Extensions is not loaded, EBE can run normally;but when Fresh Animations - Extensions is loaded, enhanced chests and enhanced shulker boxes can't run.

I can partly second this. Got Fresh Animations, version 1.9.2 Beta, which is the current newest one on Modrinth, and I can use enhanced chests and enhanced shulker boxes and all other options just fine, but if I also install the newest Fresh Animations' All Extensions 1.4 pack for 1.21, enhanced chests and enhanced shulker boxes get turned off, and they also turn invisible, when I move somewhat far away from them. Having Force Resource Pack Compatibility on / off has no effect on this.
A band-aid fix is to download each extension separately, except for the Objects Add-on 1.1, which causes this. That means, download only these, and add them all on top of FreshAnimations_v1.9.2.zip in the resource pack list in game:
