Miscellaneous additions for private racing server

Hey there! First of all, thank you for making this awesome mod! Since I wanted to use it on a private server to have actual races with my friends, I added a few features specifically for this purpose, as well as some general improvements to the game feel.

Notable changes:

• Added ramp tricks that give you a little boost when pressing the drift button within a few ticks of becoming airborne
• Added creative-only invisible light block-like off road marker blocks for more options when designing a track
• Extended the layer limit of layered off road blocks to match vanilla snow
• Added a bunch of new sound effects and improved the audio mixing
• Added some minor particle effects
• Made several small balance changes to account for the other additions
