Add an option to mutual indexing to perform "FULL" iteration only

With this option, the indexer should abort after performing the first (aka "FULL") iteration. This can be useful when running many parallel indexers, yet wishing only few of them to perform the final stage (aka "ANY"), which may cause many conflicts.
