Test sometimes fail because of network download issues

See GeophileQueryTest for example, it requires files to be downloaded (Gradle script that downloads is fdb-record-layer-spatial.gradle). When the download fails, the test fails. This can be improved, for example, by downloading the files and committing as part of the test. License concerns need to be addressed before this can be done.
