Allow urgent replacements in the operator

What would you like to be added/changed?

In some cases it can be important to let the operator quickly exclude a process (or a subset of processes) and bypass some of the safety checks. Otherwise it can happen that during a normal rollout the replacement of a faulty process/pod will be blocked by the safety checks.
