Add support for Common Expression Language (CEL)

What would you like to be added/changed?

Those validation rules are still in alpha for Kubernetes clusters running 1.23 but I think it make sense to have an issue to track the state of that feature: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/extend-kubernetes/custom-resources/custom-resource-definitions/#validation-rules. We could add some additional/better validation with the CEL.
