Update name in call log if contact name (in Contacts app) is updated

How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

• open Phone, note any contact name.
• open Contacts, edit that contact name.
• open Phone.
• close Phone (swipe up in recents) and reopen.

Expected behavior

name is updated in Phone.

Actual behavior

old name remains.

I've tested it, and in fact it can update the name, but not in all entries.

Modified contacts also have their 3 dot menu in the call log switch to behaviour suggesting that they're not saved. That is a view contact option is missing and the add to contacts option becomes available.
