Show more details about locations in call history for calls from abroad

Feature description

Thank you again for implementing #337! Just noticed that the city is shown for calls to/from your country (as defined by the phone language). However, for calls to/from abroad only the country is shown. It would be nice if more detailed information were available also in that case, whenever possible. Say, city and country or state and country or city, state and country, or some other combination.

Why do you want this feature?

To have more precise information from where I am receiving a foreign call

This locale-based behavior is intended by the library but it can be circumvented.

Possibly related, some calls from the same state show as the country, others show as the town. I would think that it would be easy to at least show the state as area codes are well defined (here at least).

That sounds like a limitation in library metadata. It is updated often, so it should get fixed automatically in the future.
