feature request: Dial Wallpaper [CUSTOMIZATION]

Feature description
A dial background wallpaper (Photo or Video) that is displayed when a phone call is happening and is in fullscreen.
Customization options for dial wallpaper: Tint - Adds a tinted overlay to the wallpaper Dim - Dims the wallpaper so that the buttons, name and picture of the dialed person are more visible Scale - Allow user to resize and move the wallpaper to match their preference
Why do you want this feature?
I do love me some customization but I do not have the skill to implement it myself

This could also work for the Clock app, as an alarm background wallpaper

Yeah. That's a shame too because I love the app and use it on my Pixel with Graphene on it. Before I got into privacy I was using a Samsung phone and their dial app had this feature and I really loved it, same for their clock with alarm backgrounds as I said in the additional info. It was really great, and I haven't seen another dial or clock app do it since, which is really sad.

Yeah i wish fossify dialer got more features
