Feature description

Colorize the status bar / call notification icon / background in case a call is ongoing - like the stock Samsung dialer does

(I am not sure what is possible eg status bar background color change, but a green vs grey/white icon might be already a good one)

Why do you want this feature?

It is easier to distinguish on a glance if the call is still ongoing

I don't wanna open a new ticket for this as it is pretty much the same but a custom notification design similar to how many music players have one.

I was just in a call and had to do other things as well and to hand up, I couldn't find the dialler notification among the plethora of other stock notifications.

Alternatively, but I have no clue if this is even possible, when a call is in progress and I tap the dialler on the homescreen, to show the call-UI, not the regular phone UI.

Edit: As I have now a s25u: now bar integration (if it is open to 3rd party Devs by Samsung) would be a dream!

yeah this would make finding the notification more easy

Actually in android 16 any app updated to api level 36 can use live updates api so that stuff like what you said (in ur case now bar for samsung and oneplus island for oneplus and atomic island for vivo etcc...) all would work seamlessly maybe there might be few quirks

But generally using a custom notification or ongoing notification api in android 16 will make it into a "live activity" like thing..

But the devs in fossifys case has NOT updated the api of the apps to api level 36 so they dont have access to these apis (api 36 = for android 16)
