Steps to reproduce the bug

Make a call. Switch to any other app. Drag down to see system notifications. Tap to the side of the ongoing call notification.

Expected behavior

If I tap the system notification during a call then the call screen should come back to focus and fill the screen.

Actual behavior

Sometimes when I tap the notification the call is abruptly ended. There is a red icon in the notification (to end the call?) but I always tap to the side of this.
