Add text toolbar to Notes app

Feature description

It would be great in the future to have a text toolbar in the app including well known text editing features such as:

Bold Italics Edit Font Size Highlight Text Underline Text color Alignment Redo Undo

And any other features the community can think of

Why do you want this feature?

To be able to edit text the same way as other apps and to give you freedom how your text looks in the notes.
