Additional information
I accidentally opened my Tasker backup in Notes witch lead to the app crashing and no longer opening. I have been able to reproduce the results on different user profiles using the same backup file.
I have not uploaded the xml file here, as it contains some personal information, however the size of the xml file was (806 kB), which is close to the limit of 1 mB.
Since the app no longer opens i can't recover my notes. Is there any way I can manually remove the file I uploaded from Notes to fix the app?

You could try exporting the notes by launching the app settings from system app management settings. There should be an "Additional settings in the app" option on the system app info page.
If that doesn't work, I can share an APK with a fix later.
Sadly opening the app through "Additional settings in the app" still crashes with the same error.
I would love that APK when you get the time :)
