Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Receive text SMS from a contact
2. Open this app.
3. Tap and hold on the text conversation
4. Click three-dot menu > block number > "Yes"
5. Three dot menu > Settings > Manage blocked numbers
6. Tap three-dot menu on previously blocked contact > Unblock

Expected behavior

For the line to disappear from the list of blocked numbers, and for the contact to be unblocked, allowing notifications from texts to appear normally.

Actual behavior

Line does not disappear, contact is still blocked, continue to not receive notifications, no new messages appear.

This issue does not occur when unblocking a contact that was blocked from inside the conversation (as opposed to the "main menu" where all conversations are seen). The difference is the former contains an area code while the latter does not. When viewing Managed blocked contacts, unblocking the line that has the same number but with an area code works - the line disappears.

Changing the number from Manage blocked numbers, by tapping on the number directly, creates a new blocked number and the old number remains.

Notably, this bug persists even after clearing app storage and reinstalling the app.
