Feature description

Could delivery reports include the time of delivered message?

Why do you want this feature?

Useful in order to know when is person's device connected/enabled in order to contact them (when they're previously in airplane mode for example)

Additional information

Examples of how could look like, double ticks replaced with "Delivered at xy time" , and/or hold on message for more informations shows time when message was delivered.
