Allow to display seconds of messages

Feature description

It is not obviously in what order multiple messages from same sender are displayed (I often do not remember). Thus I would appreciate to see seconds for message time display (in cases minute of receive time is the same). Important e.g. for real-time trading.

Is it really needed to additionally display seconds? Even though we don't display seconds, we take them in consideration while sorting messages.

I am not a trader, but I think it would be nice for the sake of precision. :-) Maybe introduce an option, so that each user can decide?

I used to trade, but I'm not sure how messages are helpful there. For high-frequency trading, wouldn't it be better to rely on the broker data/API directly?

In any case, since messages are already sorted by time, I think it would be simpler to keep displaying minutes as it is, but display seconds in the message properties dialog for those who need that info.
