[Feature Request] enable icon notification badge numbers

Feature description

The one thing I miss in this launcher is the "number" in applications icons corner showing for instance number of unread messages.

Why do you want this feature?

This is a general 'UX comfort' thing you get used to quickly once tried.

+1 needs to be implemented in my opinion. Badges add an extra layer of informing, if notification pop ups are missed.

there are no notification badges at all, or is this only the case on my phone? would be wonderfull to have them. with numbers. thx!

It is not implemented yet.

Agreed number dots are needed. Also (related because it is notification issue) I can't silence notification tones. Note: This may be issue unique to eOS (OS for Murena operating system, fork of LineageOS) and how it interacts with Fossify Launcher.

Fossify Launcher itself doesn't post or control notifications in anyway. There's probably an issue with your specific setup or OS.

Any plans to implement the notificatiob bage for the icon? I am configuring the security phones for my home organisation (wife, kid, mother-in-law) and the launcher is one of the candidates, but lacks this future
