Shortcuts are not created after restarting the phone

Steps to reproduce the bug

1 Restart the phone 2 Try to create a shortcut with any app that allows it

Expected behavior

A shortcut appears in the home screen

Actual behavior

Nothing happens

Additional information

If one changes the launcher/home app to another one and then back to Fossify Home, then the shortcuts are created again, but once the phone is restarted they are not created anymore. I tried with both Fossify and non-Fossify apps. I also tried with a Realme C67 with Android 14, and everything seems to work properly in that case. So, maybe this issue is device/OS specific.
