Steps to reproduce the bug
- Go to Firefox
- Go to a website that that browser would consider a webapp (such as https://www.wuxiaworld.com/ )
- Turn off the internet on the phone via the quick drawer
- Refresh the page so Firefox would display "Looks like there's a problem with your internet connection".
- Click on the tripple dot menu & there click on Add to Home screen
- In the popup whether we rename the bookmark or not the bug will sill occur, just click on "add".
- Either crash or nothing happens
Expected behavior
Expected behavior is to get a bookmark on my home screen, similar to how it actually works fine for regular websites without the force offline workaround.
Actual behavior
Either nothing happens, or there is a crash.

Additional information
Why am I doing this?
I want to make a specific bookmark on my home screen that points to a specific place within a "webapp" type webpage. The workaround for this on Firefox mobile (& ios safari as well btw) is to turn off the internet & refresh the page before making the bookmark, otherwise only the intro page of the webapp can be bookmarked.
