[Feature request] Add option to lock Home screen

Feature description

Option in settting to lock all pages, icons in Home screen from moving, deleting (pages)

Why do you want this feature?

Placing icon, folders etc. how I like is work and I dont want to loose it, because of some mistake or pocket mistake (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocket_dialing) etc.

It would be nice if someone took this back up. For people like my parents and grandparents, I will ONLY use a launcher with a lock feature - it cuts down on them calling me for tech support after they delete things by accident.
