[Enhancement] Allow folders in quick launch area

Allow adding/creating them there

Why do you want this feature?

I would like to have folders in quick launch area (the row of icons at the bottom of the home screen that doesn't change when you swipe left and right), so I can store more apps there

I would also like this feature. In the bottom row I usually like to have a folder which I name "Communication", with various communication-related apps such as Signal, WhatsApp, and some people I often call (as a contact shortcut icon).

Yeah, that's the killer feature that's keeping me on lawnchair. Would love to have it!

On lawnchair also until this becomes a feature. Really want this, can cope without everything else!
