Some more questions:
- Do you have many widgets installed?
- What is the column count in the app drawer?
- Have you checked the memory usage in other launcher apps?
- I have only one clock as a widget, which I use in any launcher that I try
- I have 5 columns in the app drawer
- I always check the memory usage of launchers (among them Bliss Launcher, Neo Launcher, Lawnchair), and they usually use less than 300 MB

It is usually under 300MB, but I don't keep many apps. Memory usage will be optimized as there is room for improvement.
Great, thank you for your great work. I will keep an eye on this issue since I love the Fossify suite. In the meantime, I'll use a different launcher to save on memory.
Is this why the framerate is choppy for me? Here I thought it used a low framerate on purpose in order to conserve CPU. 😅 (Until I went to report another bug and saw that it's supposed to be smooth and responsive.)
Yeah... I might like to be able to access a settings menu where I can apply performance tweaks.
