make double tap and hold zoom less sensitive

Feature description

make zooming in/out less sensitive when doing so by double tapping and holding on the second tap with one finger. i recommend starting by making it half as sensitive.

Why do you want this feature?

it is way too sensitive

I don't see any problem with it. Can you elaborate more? What exactly is the problem?

The zoom sensitivity is extremely sensitive, so if I move my finger a little bit the zoom level changes an extreme amount.

The scale is also drifting when the gesture is performed multiple times.

Also, I don't see a point in allowing to zoom out further than the width of the screen using this gesture. I'd wager most people don't expect that behaviour and find it quite jarring.

Edit: The sensitivity is fine in my book.

Also, the rotation gesture feels more "responsive" with zoom out enabled.
