The image details/properties dialog jumps each time

I don't get this problem on Pixel 9 (and others).

Does it happen with all images or only with those with a long list of properties?

I've just checked — it happens only when there is a long list. But all my Camera photos have 10 properties — so it happens with all Camera photos.
