Feature description

I think wildcards should be supported in search/filter box, if not full regex, so that ad hoc groups of files and photos can be found flexibly.

Why do you want this feature?

I have come to expect it based on some file managers, but in a gallery app, that manages big piles of non textual files, implementing it is even more of a natural choice.
