[Feature Request] Add an option to remove the comma and space between surname and first name (when surname first is on)

Hi, loving the app!

When surname first option is on, it would be nice to have an option to remove the comma and the space between the surname and the first name.

Why do you want this feature?

Some countries like Korea write their names in the order of surname-first name, without any comma or space inbetween. (e.g., 홍길동, where 홍 is the surname and 길동 is the first name)

Google's Contacts app does this automatically based on the language of the name, but that would be overly complicated for the app.

It should be locale-based. The explicit option can be removed.
