Feature description

Sort symbols (* for example) before chars

Why do you want this feature?

Because I want to prioritize some ppl in contacts list with adding a symbol

• AaPrioritized Person (looks bad)
• * Prioritized Person (better I guess)

Additional information

Note: Didn't tested if this is still same with symbols other than * Note2: Are there any specification for how we should sort symbols/chars/numbers? Note3: This issue also related with FossifyOrg/Phone app

I use # for some special numbers and AOSP contacts app sorts them to the top of the list.
