I think the best way would be to reuse the sorting dialog from the Alarm tab.

I hope to be able to use Fossify Clock's timers for my cooking, one day, but for my usage it still lack the negative time since it's elapsed, the +1 minute button and the digital input (#63). May I propose these in other issues? So I still use the Google's Clock. And one thing make me crazy there. OK, there are others things too but this one is relevant to this ticket: when the duck is in the oven for another 4 minutes and the potatoes are boiling in the pot for another 2 minutes and the carrots' pan's timer is finished and you add the leeks and add 5 times +1 minute on the pan's timer but as it became longer than the others so the list ordered itself while taping +1 and you add minutes to you don't even know which timers! I'm writing this with the hope you will think of my duck when you develop the auto-sorting timers by time.
